National Night Out to be held Tuesday, August 7th

On Tuesday, August 7th from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., residents in neighborhoods throughout Goodlettsville are asked to lock their doors, turn on outside lights and spend the evening at Moss-Wright Park at Shelter 3 with the Goodlettsville Police Department. There will be food and numerous door prizes from local businesses. There will also be live entertainment!

We want our Goodlettsville Community to be well represented for this national event. National Night Out is designed to: (1) Heighten crime prevention awareness; (2) Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime efforts; (3) Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community partnerships; and (4) Send a message to criminals letting them know our neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

Please join us on Tuesday, August 7th for a great night of fun and fellowship with our community. If you have any questions, please email Commander Audra Cherry with the Goodlettsville Police Department at
