Parks and Recreation Internship

The City of Goodlettsville is a community of over 16,000 residents, but serves a much larger population being located adjacent to Nashville and Hendersonville, Tennessee. The community is very supportive of parks and recreation and expects great things from the department. Quality of life is among the highest rated reasons people choose to live in Goodlettsville.

Programs offered by the department include enrichment, social, athletics, and fitness. The department manages most of the special events for the City including the Independence Day Celebration, Halloween In the Park, Christmas on Main, Good Dog Festival and Egg Hunt, Fun Fridays, and Music on Main.
