Report a Concern


The City of Goodlettsville has partnered with SeeClickFix to provide a platform that will allow citizens to report city service requests or complaints.

Please share your requests for non-emergency services using the web app below. These requests are reviewed by City staff during business hours, Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm. This service is also available on the SeeClickFix app. which you can download to your mobile device at the Apple and Google stores.

Use the app to report such issues as:

Housing Condition Complaint
Short Term Rental Complaint

ADA Complaint (City facilities & public property)
Illegal Burning
Sidewalk Issue

Bulk Item Pick Up
Illegal Dumping
Stormwater Drainage Issue

Code Enforcement
Parks & Trails Issues (Tree Health, Splash Pad, Playground Issues, etc.)
Street Light Issue

Curb or Guardrail Damage
Traffic Signal Issue

Dead Animal Pick Up (Obstructing roads or right-of-way)
Private Property Damage
Traffic or Street Sign Issue

Property Maintenance
Trash or Recycling

Home Occupation Complaint
Sewer Issue
Trees on Roadways

You can provide contact information and be notified of progress on the request.

Please note that not all streets are under the jurisdiction of the City of Goodlettsville and may require repair from the State or Homeowner's Associations.

Click New Request on the map, enter the location of the issue, then follow the directions to add an image (if you have one), type in the description, follow the prompts, and submit! As this system is not monitored 24/7, issues related to public safety or those requiring immediate attention should be reported by calling 911.
