The City of Goodlettsville and Goodlettsville Parks, Recreation & Tourism are set to host three Halloween themed programs this month.

Historic Mansker’s Station’s Ghost & Lantern Tour will kick-off the festivities on Friday, October 24th. Tickets are on sale now for the spooky storytelling event. Tickets are $5 per person and children 10 & under are free and space is limited. Guests will weave through the grounds of the Bowen House by lantern and take pleasure in an evening of tales spun about what may have happened on the grounds of Mansker’s Station.

Goodlettsville’s Children’s Librarian, Miss Beth, will join us for Halloween Tot Time on Thursday, October 30th at the Community Center at 10am. Children ages 5 & under are invited to dress up and join us for stories followed by a short movie. Costumed tots will all leave with a special treat.

The annual Pumpkin Festival on Halloween night will round out the week of festive fun. From 5:00pm-7:30pm, children can enjoy a safe night of trick-or-treating in Moss-Wright Park. Aside from all of the candy they will take home, kids will enjoy a hayride through the park, inflatables, concessions, and prizes for best costumes.
