The City of Goodlettsville has announced the creation of a new Customer Service Center. The purpose of the center is to provide a higher level of service to our residents and business owners. As of December 1, 2018 all calls for service for any department are going through the customer service center by calling 615-851-2200. Naturally all calls for emergency services (police and fire) will still be done by calling 911 or 615-851-3405.
The primary customer service strategy for the Center:
