The Goodlettsville Department of Tourism is starting a series to share on the City website and on social media called "The Goodlettsville Game Changers". Our goal is to document the story of Goodlettsville through our people, the Genuine Gems of Goodlettsville. We are asking you to submit individuals, living or deceased, who you feel tell the story of Goodlettsville and who we are. The individuals do not have to live in Goodlettsville, however, they must have a connection with Goodlettsville. Think of those individuals you know who have an interesting or noteworthy story. The individual does not have to be famous. Think about the coach, teacher, neighbor, preacher, plumber, retailer, etc. who has made an impact on Goodlettsville. Who do you know that has a story of value to be shared?
To be eligible for consideration, your submission must include the following:
- Name and photo of the individual you are nominating
- A short bio 200 words or less of the individual you are nominating
- Elected officials currently in office or individuals running for an elected position are not eligible
