[ARCHIVED] GOODFest and SPRING Market at Moss-Wright Park

The City of Goodlettsville will host its first GOODFest and SPRING Market on Saturday, May 1, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at Moss-Wright Park as a kickoff for the Goodlettsville Farmer’s Market which begins the following Thursday.  The public is invited to this free event, located at 745 Caldwell Drive.

This day of fun is designed for the community to enjoy the spring season, spend time with friends and family, and experience outdoor activities in beautiful Moss-Wright Park where there is plenty of space to social distance.  The day’s schedule includes live music with world-renowned local banjo player LeRoy Troy from 11:00 – 3:00, dog parade at 1:00, and numerous free games and activities for children throughout the event.

GOODFest and SPRING Market is a great kickoff to the Goodlettsville Farmer’s Market by showcasing many of the Goodlettsville Farmer’s Market vendors such as Blocker Farms, Chip & Co, Linda’s Perfect Platters, My Pooch’s Pantry, Hot Mama’s Soap, Big Poppa’s Corn, Brookie’s Cookies, Kona Ice, Rose & Maya, and Lucas Hill Bakery with numerous additional local artisans and food vendors.   The Gift Shop at the Visitor’s Center will be open during the event.

The Goodlettsville Farmer’s Market will begin the 2021 season on Thursday, May 6 at the Goodlettsville Visitor’s Center located at Moss-Wright Park.  The farmer’s market is a rain or shine event and is open every Thursday, 3:00-7:00 pm through October 7.
