[ARCHIVED] Sanitation Routes UPDATE 1/7/22

trash can

Message from GFL Environmental (our sanitation pickup provider):

Tentatively, we plan to attempt to recover the Thursday trash curbside and Friday recycle curbside routes in your area tomorrow, Saturday 1/8/22 pending road conditions.

As of now we plan to start running our trucks at 8am and run what is safe enough to recover for both route days. Curbside residents that were scheduled to be picked up on Thursday and Friday should please have their carts at the curb for pick up tomorrow, Saturday 1/8/21.

**This is for curbside routes only. Backdoor routes will not be run due to further safety concerns. We will recover these customers on their next scheduled service day and pick up the extra overflow from this week’s pick up.**

**Any streets that are still not safely passible for our trucks to service tomorrow, our drivers will document the street and we will put together a smaller crew to try again on Sunday. At this point any remaining streets that are not safely passible we will communicate back to you all.**

We will keep you all updated with any changes that may occur throughout today and tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you and stay safe!
