[ARCHIVED] Goodlettsville Farmer's Market Celebrates 5 Years at the Visitor's Center

Farmers Market

The Goodlettsville Farmer’s Market celebrates 5 years at the Visitor’s Center this year and opens for the season on Thursday, May 5 at the Goodlettsville Visitor’s Center located at Historic Mansker’s Station and Moss-Wright Park, 705 Caldwell Drive.  The market is a rain or shine event and is open every Thursday, 3:00-7:00 pm through October 6. The Gift Shop at the Visitor’s Center will be open during the hours of the market.

The Goodlettsville Farmer’s Market is not only a great place to purchase local produce and goods, but it is a place to enjoy the afternoon with family and friends in a beautiful park.   For Year 5 we are excited to bring back many of the vendors from years past such as: Barb’s Baked Goods, Big Poppa Corn, Brookie’s Cookies, Chip & Co, Circle R Farm, Emma’s Pies, Glitterbuns, Hot Mama Soaps, Kona Ice, Jr’s Country Market (formerly known as Lucas Hill Bakery), Linda’s Perfect Platters, Love Catchers, My Pooch’s Pantry, Rustic Ridge Farm, Tea Tree Co Herb Bar & Apothecary, The Peach Truck, The Ramblin’ Bee (formerly known as Once Upon A Willow Tree), Two Heads Hot Sauce, and Wade Farmz.  The market continues to grow in Year 5 as we add many new vendors such as Alpaca Soaps, Big Head Barbeque, Bread and Board, Candles and More, Evie & Rose, FayFay’s Chili, Golly G’s Food Truck, Lab Underground, Little Hill Farm, Natural Archer, Pet Wants, Polly’s Pastries, Tammy’s Southern Sweets (Jalapeno Lady),  The Barker’s Market and the list continues.

This year as an added bonus, we will have a few vendors set up for the first two weeks of the market who are vendors from the annual GOODFest and Spring and Fall Market events.   You never know who may be at the market, so you don’t ever want to miss a Thursday!

The Goodlettsville Farmer’s Market is managed by the City of Goodlettsville Department of Tourism. For additional information, please contact the Goodlettsville Visitor’s Center at 615.859.3678 and follow the Goodlettsville Farmer’s Market page on Facebook.
