A cute little squirrel named Parker recently made his way to Goodlettsville. With his soft fur and bushy tail, Parker is sure to win over the hearts of everyone he meets. His first appearance was at Moss-Wright Park on October 28, and the joy and smiles he brought were more fun than swinging from tree branch to tree branch or storing up nuts for winter!
With the numerous parks within the city and the beautiful green spaces enjoyed by locals and visitors of all ages, the name Parker fit this bright-eyed and bushy-tailed squirrel perfectly. With his big smile and warm and fuzzy appearance, he represents the warm and fuzzy size of Goodlettsville and puts a friendly face on the City.
Parker smiles all the time but doesn’t speak so he always has a helper or two with him who can speak for him. The helper is called a “handler”. The handlers also help Parker with his busy schedule so if you have an upcoming event that you would like to request Parker’s attendance, please go to www.ParkertheSquirrel.com and complete the Appearance Request.
