Facilities

Shelter 8 is ideal for larger parties and events.  This shelter will accommodate up to 100 people.  This shelter is near a playground, splash pad, tennis/pickleball courts, and restroom facility.  Please note that shelter reservations do not include the splash pad.

Rental Rate

 
$25 per hour for Goodlettsville residents, $45 per hour for non-residents
Fees are due at the time of reservation
Rentals are available 7 days a week from 8:00am to 9:00pm
 

How To Reserve

Rentals for this shelter require a reservation 2 days prior to the event. Please note, we no longer accept rentals over the phone.

Make a reservation online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In-person reservations are accepted Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm at Delmas Long Community Center.  View availability and make a reservation request here.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To make changes or cancel your reservation, please complete a Rental Cancellation Request Form. Please note that this is a request and the cancellation is not guaranteed to receive a refund. Refunds will be given according to the policy schedule.
