In the large black bin that is clearly labeled in the lobby of City Hall during office hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

This Online House Watch Form can be completed and submitted. These forms are available at Police Headquarters inside City Hall if you choose to come in.

We no longer do fingerprints. Visit the Madison Precinct at 400 Myatt Drive, Madison, Tennessee 37115. 615-862-7421. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm. They DO NOT take appointments.

7. Where is your jail? What if I am trying to locate someone who has been arrested?

We do not have a jail. Depending on the county of arrest call Sumner County 615-452-2616 and press 2 or Metro Davidson County 615-862-8123.

8. When will my power come back on after a storm?

We have no knowledge of that. Call your local electric company. Same with cable and phones.

9. Is the Police Department hiring?

The Police Department keeps an online applicant pool. Apply online.

11. Where do I get a police report?

To obtain a copy of your crash report online go to: https://policereports.lexisnexis.com or purchasetncrash.gov.  For customer assistance, please call the LexisNexis support line at 866-215-2771. We do not keep copies of these reports at the Police Department.

Private property or Minor Damage accident reports are available at the Police Department for a minimal fee Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. For additional assistance call 615-851-3745.
