2. Goodlettsville Farmer's Market Vendor Application

   Thank you for your interest in the Goodlettsville Farmer's Market as we celebrate 5 years!  The 2022 Goodlettsville Farmer's Market will be held on Thursdays, 3:00pm - 7:00pm, May 5 - October 6.

   Completion of the application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor into the Goodlettsville Farmer's Market.  

   All approved applicants will receive notification by email or phone.  Vendors will be invoiced at that time, so no payment is due until that time.

6. Vendor Fees

   Vendor applications received and approved by April 1 will receive a discounted rate.  Applications received and approved April 1 thru May 1 will be charged the regular rate.

   All applications received and approved after May 1 will be charged the daily rate and will be considered based upon availability.

   Full Time Vendors (participate each market day):  $185 early applicant rate  / $195 regular rate

   Part Time Vendor (every other week or 11 consecutive weeks) $100 early applicant rate / $110 regular rate

   Daily Vendor (all other vendors) $25 per market day

    By my signature below I certify that all of the information and statements provided by me in and with this application are true and correct.  It is understood and agreed upon that any misrepresentation or omission by me in this application will be sufficient cause for cancellation of this application and forfeiture of my opportunity to be a vendor with the Goodlettsville Farmer's Market.

68. Release of Liability*

    I do hereby agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Goodlettsville, City employees, Goodlettsville Farmer's Market, its organizers and committee members from and against any and all loss, expense, and claims for damage or injuries incurred to persons or property resulting from acts or omissions by exhibitor, its agents or employees.

    By submitting this application, I agree to abide by the rules of the City of Goodlettsville and the Goodlettsville Farmer's Market, and guarantee that all work for sale at the Goodlettsville Farmer's Market has been personally handcrafted and homemade by me, the applicant.  No resale items will be allowed for sale.  The Goodlettsville Department of Tourism, also known as Visit Goodlettsville, reserves the right to select vendors based on quality of product and the needs of the event.  This application does not guarantee a vendor space at the Goodlettsville Farmer's Market.  If I am selected to be a vendor, I will receive notification of acceptance along with additional information regarding the event.
