  1. Thank you for your interest in participating in an event sponsored by the City of Goodlettsville Tourism Department.  In order to serve as a vendor/demonstrator for any Tourism Department event you must complete this agreement and be approved by the Tourism Department.

    Check the event(s) you are interested in participating as a vendor.  

    Vendors must be set up and ready for guests at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Vendors must stay throughout the entire event and may begin takedown when the event has ended.

    You may select both events if you are interested in participating in both.

    I understand that payment for services will be mailed within 7-10 days after the event.

    I have read and understand the requirements of demonstrating at Historic Mansker's Station.  I shall indemnify and hold the City of Goodlettsville and Goodlettsville Tourism Department harmless from and against all liability, claims, and demands on account of personal injuries (including and without limitation worker's compensation and death claims) or property loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, which arises out of or caused by, or claimed to be caused by, my negligence and/or performance of this contract, or by my agents or employees.

  9. Electronic Signature Agreement*
    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
