Historic Mansker’s Station has scheduled several dates of field trips for you to bring your children this fall. Each date will include various demonstrations offered by our historic interpreters dressed in 18th century attire. Students may attend as many days that work with your schedule and see different demonstrations each visit. We know that school looks different this fall so let us help you with those history lessons on the days your student is learning from home. Each field trip is limited in size and lasts 90 minutes so advanced reservations are required. We will offer you the discounted rate of $5 for your student and $6 for adult just as if you were coming with a group. Some of the field trip days are designed for grades K-5 and others are for grades 6-8 so select the appropriate day(s) for your student’s grade. Check in will be at the Visitor's Center and Field Trip Days will take place rain or shine so dress accordingly

This literature study is based upon the Little House on the Prairie book, The Long Winter, and is designed for students in grades 4-6. Advanced reservations are required due to limited class size.
