The Multi-purpose Room in the Delmas Long Community Center is a great option for indoor rental needs. This room can accommodate up to 50 people.
With your rental, there are twelve (12) 6' rectangular tables and 50 chairs available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink is also available for use.
When making your reservation request, make sure to include necessary time to set-up and clean-up all tables, chairs, decorations, and food.
We ask that decorations are not hung from the ceiling or walls. Tabletop and freestanding décor is appropriate for this space.
Rental Rate
The rental rate for this facility is $40 per hour for Goodlettsville residents and $60 per hour for non-residents.
Rentals are available on Friday nights from 4:00-9:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am-9:00pm. Weekday rentals are available at the same rate, subject to availability.
All rentals for the Multi-purpose Room require a $100 refundable deposit. This deposit fee is required at the time the reservation request is made.
How To Reserve
Rentals for this facility require a reservation 14 days prior to the event. Please note, we no longer accept rentals over the phone.
Make a reservation online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In-person reservations are accepted Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm at Delmas Long Community Center. View availability and make a reservation request here.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
To make changes or cancel your reservation, please complete a Rental Cancellation Request Form. Please note that this is a request and the cancellation is not guaranteed to receive a refund. Refunds will be given according to the policy schedule.
